Our mission is to make the best cashew brittle EVER and continue to introduce new confections in the tradition of old-fashioned candy making, the way our grandparents did with simple, all-natural, quality ingredients, patience and love.  That’s why each batch of our light buttery, melt-in-your-mouth brittle, is always all natural, preservative free and naturally gluten-free!

Humble and hopeful beginnings in church basements and school craft fairs, early morning farmer’s markets and a front yard outside the MN State Fair, have all paved a hard won and well deserved path to invitation as a vendor inside the MN State Fair, and featured recognition as one of their “Best New Foods” the following year.

Thomasina’s Cashew Brittle is a family-run company located near downtown Minneapolis.  For more than 10 years we have been dedicated to making the best quality, best tasting brittle. We use the finest, freshest local ingredients to make each hand-made batch. Butter, sugar and Minnesota grown Haralson apples used in our new Apple Brittle all come from local Minnesota farms.
